1. Participants must click the [Join Now] button on the event page to register and complete identity verification (KYC) to participate in the event and qualify for rewards.
2. This event only tracks valid trading, task completion, and prediction market participation data accumulated after successful registration. The specific tracking criteria for Spot, Futures, TradFi, CFD, ETF, Convert, Copy Trading, Polymarket, and other tasks will be governed by the event page rules and Gate's internal backend records.
3. Trading Volume = Buys + Sells. All metrics—including Polymarket prediction trading volumes, the number of prediction tickets earned, prediction points, leaderboard rankings, and yield data—are subject to the final statistical results of the Gate backend.
4. Polymarket Vouchers, prediction tickets, and other event privileges are strictly limited to the designated scenarios within this campaign. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted into cash. Any unused prediction tickets or privileges will automatically expire once the event concludes.
5. Prediction outcomes, prediction market resolution, reward distributions, and related market processing are subject to the Gate Polymarket page rules and the actual resolution results. In the event of match postponements, cancellations, rescheduling, interruptions, changes in official rulings, market closures, or other force majeure events, Gate reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or cancel the affected markets and event rewards based on actual circumstances.
6. Rewards related to the Ultimate Champion Prediction will be calculated based on the cutoff time, participation duration, number of staked prediction tickets, number of winning participants, and the corresponding prize pool rules displayed on the event page. Final rewards are subject to the statistical results of the Gate backend.
7. Leaderboard rewards are subject to minimum thresholds, including minimum prediction ticket requirements, minimum trading volume, minimum points, or other criteria displayed on the event page. Users who are placed on the leaderboard but fail to meet the corresponding threshold will not be eligible for reward distribution.
8. If a user participates in other similar Gate campaigns simultaneously, they are only eligible to receive rewards from one campaign. The final eligibility determination will be made by the Gate backend in accordance with the specific event rules.
9. Rewards will be credited to users' accounts within 14 working days after the event ends. Certain physical prizes, merchandise, or special rewards may require users to submit delivery information. If a user fails to submit information within the specified timeframe, provides incorrect details, rejects the package, cannot be contacted, or resides in a region where shipping is unavailable, they will be deemed to have forfeited the reward. Alternatively, Gate may, at its sole discretion, issue an equivalent reward instead.
10. The jersey gift boxes, football-themed merchandise, and other prizes featured in this event are promotional rewards provided by Gate or sourced via third-party procurement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these items do not represent officially licensed merchandise, official sponsorships, or official tournament merchandise of FIFA.
11. This event is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by FIFA, the FIFA World Cup 2026, or any national/regional football association, team, player, or tournament organizer. Any descriptions of football matches within this event are used solely to illustrate the themes of the prediction markets and participation scenarios.
12. Gate Polymarket prediction market services may be restricted by the laws and regulations of the user's jurisdiction. Before participating, users should independently verify their local laws, platform Terms of Service, and risk tolerance to ensure they are fully eligible. Users in restricted regions may be unable to use part or all of the services, including registration, trading, predicting, claiming rewards, or participating in this campaign.
13. This event does not constitute a solicitation to users in regions where prediction markets, betting, contracts for difference (CFDs), derivatives, or crypto asset trading are prohibited or restricted. Users are strictly prohibited from using VPNs, proxies, false identities, or proxy operations to circumvent regional restrictions, KYC requirements, or platform risk control rules.
14. Nothing in this event constitutes investment advice, gambling recommendations, sports outcome forecasting advice, financial promotion, or guarantees of returns. Prediction markets, crypto assets, and associated trading carry inherent risks, including price volatility, liquidity constraints, settlement variances, market closures, and regulatory compliance risks. Users should proceed with caution.
15. Strictly prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to: batch registration of auxiliary accounts, malicious volume manipulation, self-dealing, wash trading, collusion to manipulate prediction outcomes, fraudulent invitations, fake sharing, exploiting voucher systems, or leveraging system bugs to undermine the fairness of the event. Multiple accounts linked to the same KYC-verified user will be treated as a single participant; sub-accounts are not permitted to join the event.
16. The following account types are not eligible to register for this event: API users, users at VIP 14 or above, market makers, corporate accounts, institutional accounts, affiliate accounts, and sub-accounts. Gate reserves the right to review account eligibility based on risk control evaluations.
17. Gate reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or cancel the event rules, prize pools, reward distribution methods, participation eligibility, and event timelines at any time without prior notice, due to market conditions, tournament changes, system anomalies, compliance requirements, or force majeure factors. Gate retains the final right of interpretation for this event.
