By participating in this activation, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by Gate’s User Agreement, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements set forth therein, the Purchase Agreement of NFT and other applicable terms and/or policies made available by Gate from time to time. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions and must have successfully completed identity verification on Gate to be eligible for participation and prize receipt.

Gate reserves the right to disqualify, terminate or restrict access and/or conduct any acts it deems appropriate to any participants found to be engaging in illegal, unethical, inappropriate, dishonest, abusive, prohibited or harmful behaviour during the activation. This includes, but is not limited to, bulk account registrations, fraudulent activity, or any actions conducted for unlawful, unethical, inappropriate or prohibited purposes.
