Gate Prediction Markets announced the launch of the Combo feature and a dedicated U.S. Midterm Elections hub within its platform, aimed at enriching how users engage with sports and current-event markets. The upgrade spans event combinations, dynamic pricing, order management, and aggregated thematic content, offering users a more focused and flexible browsing and trading experience. Users can update the Gate App to version 8.37 to access these features.
This new Combo feature allows users to combine multiple event selections, such as match winners, spreads, over/under totals, and exact scores, into a single order. A Combo only wins if every selection within it hits its corresponding outcome. Compared to single-event trading, Combo offers more diverse ways to build a position, adding greater strategic flexibility to sports-related events.
Each Combo is priced and quoted independently based on the selected events. As users add or remove selections, the combined quote and potential payout update in real time, giving them a clear, up-to-date view of their order. The system also automatically flags mutually exclusive or logically incompatible selections and prompts users to adjust accordingly; once a combination is confirmed, users can review the full combo details and place their order quickly.
After completing a trade, users can view their Combo positions, transaction history, estimated value, and potential returns on the assets page, with support for selling positions and claiming payouts after settlement, covering the full flow from combo creation and order confirmation to position management.
Alongside this, Gate Prediction Markets has also launched a dedicated U.S. Midterm Elections hub, bringing together Senate, House, and gubernatorial election markets in one place, covering events related to control of Congress, key battleground states, and closely watched districts. The hub uses an election map, party seat-share breakdowns, and race ratings to give users a clear, visual picture of the competitive landscape between Democrats and Republicans across states and districts, making it easy to understand each party's standing and quickly identify favorable regions and key swing districts.
The hub also aggregates trending districts, ballot referendums, and other midterm-related events, with multi-dimensional filtering by election type, party, state, and race rating to help users more efficiently discover Prediction Markets worth following. In addition, the page provides election news and an FAQ section, consolidating election updates, background on the electoral system, and related context to give users additional context as they follow the races and trade on related events.
